Sita Fireguard with screw on flange roof outlet, comes with Retaining Element, connects to pipe sizes 75mm, 110mm, 125mm & 160mm.

Used for preventive fire safety and to prevent the  spread of fire from below with small penetrations to DIN 18234 part 3 and 4, consisting of: PE-  base body, sealing ring, reinforcement sheet to  DIN 18807 with pre-assembled fire protection sleeve, extension unit made of PUR with loose/ fixed flange construction and dome grate.  To DIN EN 1253-2 with enhanced quatlity standard to RAL quality mark GZ-694, for conventional rainwater roof drainage.

Do you provide tracking?Most suppliers don't provide tracking. Call or email us on your estimated date and we can check it's out for delivery.
Do I need to be present?Yes — all deliveries must be signed for. Some items arrive on pallets up to 3m long and require help offloading. Failed delivery attempts may incur charges.
Where will my order be delivered?Kerbside only, with no mechanical offloading. Do not book installation labour until your order has been received and fully checked.
Will I receive my order in one delivery?Not always — items may ship from separate locations or be split across multiple deliveries depending on stock availability.
What if my delivery is late?Please contact us if your order doesn't arrive on the estimated date.
What should I do when my order arrives?Check immediately for correct items and damage. If storing powder-coated products outside, cover with tarpaulin to prevent water staining.
Wrong or damaged items?Raise a written claim within 3 working days of delivery, with images. Claims received after 3 days or without images cannot be considered.
Can I collect my order?Possibly — contact us with the items you'd like to collect and we'll advise if collection is available from us or the manufacturer.

Stock itemsReturnable within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding carriage), provided items are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Non-stock itemsReturns are at the manufacturer's discretion and may incur a restocking charge. Items cannot be returned to Gutter Centre directly.
Made or painted to orderNon-returnable. This includes all aluminium mill or powder coated products, GRP, steel and cast iron products. Always check before ordering.
How to make a returnOnce your return is accepted in writing, we'll provide the returns address and any references to include. Returns sent without written acceptance will be refused.
Return shippingWe do not offer a collection service. You are responsible for returning goods in saleable condition at your own cost using a tracked service.
RefundsOnce items are returned and checked, refunds (less any restocking charges if applicable) will be issued to the original credit or debit card.
