If you buy from us online and find the exact same item cheaper elsewhere within 7 working days, we’ll refund you the difference — up to 10% of our original price.

- It must be in stock and available for delivery.
- The lower price must be from the retailer directly (not a marketplace or third-party seller).
- You can make a claim even before your order arrives.

How to claim

Check your order
Make sure your purchase was placed online with us within the last 7 working days.

Find the cheaper price
Confirm that the product is identical (brand, model, size, colour, specification) and is in stock at a qualifying retailer (not a marketplace or third-party seller).

Submit your claim
Contact our customer service team with your order details and proof of the lower price (e.g. a link or screenshot).

Receive your refund
Once verified, we’ll refund the difference — up to 10% of your original order value — back to your original payment method.

Eligibility
1.1 The Price Promise applies only to products purchased directly through our official website.
1.2 Claims must be submitted within seven (7) working days of the date the online order was placed. Claims relating to the delivery or collection date will not be accepted.

Qualifying Products
2.1 The product identified at a lower price must be identical to the product purchased, including brand, model, size, colour, and specification.
2.2 The product must be available for purchase at the lower price, in stock, and available for immediate delivery at the time the claim is made.

Exclusions
3.1 The lower-priced item must be sold directly by the retailer. Purchases from third-party sellers, marketplace platforms, auction sites, clearance outlets, or resellers do not qualify.
3.2 Claims will not be accepted where, in our reasonable opinion, the purchase was made for business, resale, or commercial trading purposes.

Refund Value
4.1 Where a valid claim is approved, we will refund the difference in price up to a maximum of ten percent (10%) of the original online order value.
4.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Fraud Prevention
5.1 We reserve the right to withhold, refuse, or reclaim any refund if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments
6.1 We reserve the right to amend, update, or withdraw the Price Promise and these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice, where deemed necessary.
