ACO UniFace Aluminium Shallow Vinyl Recessed Access Cover Class AA (Up to 5 tonnes) for openings between 200 and 1200mm. All prices include 1no set of lifting & locking key set, plus screws & dust cap set.

ACO UniFaceTM AL SHALLOW VINYL range of aluminium recessed covers designed for 2-4mm thick flexible vinyl floor finishes where a durable welded sealed joint is required. Integral weldable PVC trim fitted to the cover and frame ensures vinyl floor installation is quick and simple. Its 50mm frame depth makes it ideal where installation depths are restricted. Suitable for pedestrian, trolley and light duty car/van traffic applications. Wide range of size options available for clear openings of between 200mm and 1200mm. All covers fitted with EPDM liquid, odour and dust seals as standard with four point stainless steel locking.

Applications for Shallow Recessed Access Covers: Offices, Residentials, Hospitals, Offices, Hospitals, Schools, Leisure Facilities & Swimming Pools.

Suitable Flooring types: Vinyl flooring and vinyl safety flooring.

Is my delivery date guaranteed?No. Most orders are via third party couriers. Do not book labour until goods are on site and checked.
Do you provide tracking?Most suppliers don't provide tracking. Call or email us on your estimated date and we can check it's out for delivery.
Do I need to be present?Yes — all deliveries must be signed for. Some items arrive on pallets up to 3m long and require help offloading. Failed delivery attempts may incur charges.
Where will my order be delivered?Kerbside only, with no mechanical offloading. Do not book installation labour until your order has been received and fully checked.
Will I receive my order in one delivery?Not always — items may ship from separate locations or be split across multiple deliveries depending on stock availability.
What if my delivery is late?Please contact us if your order doesn't arrive on the estimated date.
What should I do when my order arrives?Check immediately for correct items and damage. If storing powder-coated products outside, cover with tarpaulin to prevent water staining.
Wrong or damaged items?Raise a written claim within 3 working days of delivery, with images. Claims received after 3 days or without images cannot be considered.
Can I collect my order?Possibly — contact us with the items you'd like to collect and we'll advise if collection is available from us or the manufacturer.

We recommend contacting our sales office before placing any order to establish whether the product is a stock, non-stock or made/painted to order item. All requests to return items must be made in writing first.

Stock itemsReturnable within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding carriage), provided items are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Non-stock itemsReturns are at the manufacturer's discretion and may incur a restocking charge. Items cannot be returned to Gutter Centre directly.
Made or painted to orderNon-returnable. This includes all aluminium mill or powder coated products, GRP, steel and cast iron products. Always check before ordering.
How to make a returnOnce your return is accepted in writing, we'll provide the returns address and any references to include. Returns sent without written acceptance will be refused.
Return shippingWe do not offer a collection service. You are responsible for returning goods in saleable condition at your own cost using a tracked service.
RefundsOnce items are returned and checked, refunds (less any restocking charges if applicable) will be issued to the original credit or debit card.
