When will I receive my order?Each product shows an
estimated lead time in green. Contact us if time critical before ordering.
Will I get a delivery date?Yes — we'll email an
order acknowledgement with your estimated delivery date once payment is received.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?No. Most orders are
via third party couriers. Do not book labour until goods are on site and checked.
Do you provide tracking?Most suppliers don't
provide tracking. Call or email us on your estimated date and we can check it's out for
delivery.
Do I need to be present?Yes — all deliveries must
be signed for. Some items arrive on pallets up to 3m long and require help offloading.
Failed delivery attempts may incur charges.
Where will my order be delivered?Kerbside only,
with no mechanical offloading. Do not book installation labour until your order has been
received and fully checked.
Will I receive my order in one delivery?Not always
— items may ship from separate locations or be split across multiple deliveries depending on
stock availability.
What if my delivery is late?Please contact us if
your order doesn't arrive on the estimated date.
What should I do when my order arrives?Check
immediately for correct items and damage. If storing powder-coated products outside, cover
with tarpaulin to prevent water staining.
Wrong or damaged items?Raise a written claim
within 3 working days of delivery, with images. Claims received after 3 days or without
images cannot be considered.
Can I collect my order?Possibly — contact us with
the items you'd like to collect and we'll advise if collection is available from us or the
manufacturer.
