Innovative self-levelling slope-correction head utilises the ball & socket joint concept to allow a free moving captive head provides slope correction of up to 10.5% (6°).

Paving or decking is laid onto the pedestals without having to manually adjust slope correction. This results in significant time savings and a perfectly level finished area

Benefits:
Rapid installation: Unique self levelling head reduces installation time. Unlike other pedestals it doesnt require the slope correction to be manually dialled in, or shims to be inserted. Em-Pad can accommodate slopes of up to 10.5% (6°).

Unique paving and decking head options: 
Alternate adjustable heads available, uniquely designed for use with either paving or decking systems. The paving head includes removable spacer tabs for holding paving slabs securely, whereas the decking head is designed to support joists of varying widths.

Impressive height range: Millimetre perfect adjustment from 40mm 1000mm, allowing for level paving or decking areas to be achieved over the most challenging surfaces.

Extremely robust: Manufactured from heavy-duty chemical resistant solid polypropylene, each Em-Pad has a compression tolerance in excess of 2100Kg.

Protects membranes: Em-Pad gives even weight distribution, ensuring membrane protection. The unique Em-Pad perimeter spacer also protects membranes from the abrasive edges of the slabs/decking at wall abutments/parapet.

Next day delivery: Thanks to very large stock-holding and an efficient delivery system, Em-Pad are available for next day delivery to any yard or site throughout the UK!

Do I need to be present?Yes — all deliveries must be signed for. Some items arrive on pallets up to 3m long and require help offloading. Failed delivery attempts may incur charges.
Where will my order be delivered?Kerbside only, with no mechanical offloading. Do not book installation labour until your order has been received and fully checked.
Will I receive my order in one delivery?Not always — items may ship from separate locations or be split across multiple deliveries depending on stock availability.
What if my delivery is late?Please contact us if your order doesn't arrive on the estimated date.
What should I do when my order arrives?Check immediately for correct items and damage. If storing powder-coated products outside, cover with tarpaulin to prevent water staining.
Wrong or damaged items?Raise a written claim within 3 working days of delivery, with images. Claims received after 3 days or without images cannot be considered.
Can I collect my order?Possibly — contact us with the items you'd like to collect and we'll advise if collection is available from us or the manufacturer.

We recommend contacting our sales office before placing any order to establish whether the product is a stock, non-stock or made/painted to order item. All requests to return items must be made in writing first.

Stock itemsReturnable within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding carriage), provided items are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Non-stock itemsReturns are at the manufacturer's discretion and may incur a restocking charge. Items cannot be returned to Gutter Centre directly.
Made or painted to orderNon-returnable. This includes all aluminium mill or powder coated products, GRP, steel and cast iron products. Always check before ordering.
How to make a returnOnce your return is accepted in writing, we'll provide the returns address and any references to include. Returns sent without written acceptance will be refused.
Return shippingWe do not offer a collection service. You are responsible for returning goods in saleable condition at your own cost using a tracked service.
RefundsOnce items are returned and checked, refunds (less any restocking charges if applicable) will be issued to the original credit or debit card.
